Returns & Exchanges

Please keep in mind our jewellery and knitted items are all handmade, therefore there will be slight variations in gemstones, yarn lots etc. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions about an item before you make your purchase. We do our best to reflect sizes and colours as accurately as possible in all product descriptions and images.   

All sales are final on custom orders and discounted/sale items.

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygienic reasons. 

Refunds

If you do not love your Gillian Neal item, you can request a refund if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the order.  We will provide return instructions for you to return the item back to Vancouver. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will inspect them, and refund the cost of the item. The shipping costs of returning the item(s) to us are not refundable. 

We reserve the right to deny refunds if, after inspection, the item is damaged or is not in re-sellable condition.

Exchanges 

If you decide that you would like to exchange an item for something else, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order to let us know you'd like an exchange.  We will provide return instructions. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will make the approriate adjustments (if applicable), and send you the item you requested to be exchanged (if it is available). 

If the item you'd like to exchange for is not available, we can provide a store credit. 

We reserve the right to deny exchanges if, after inspection, the item is damaged or is not in re-sellable condition.

Gillian Neal is not responsible for the cost of shipping that you will incur to return the item for exchange/store credit. We cannot refund shipping charges on exchanged items.

Returns & Exchanges will be provided under the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned in unused, sale-able condition in their original packaging (if applicable). Returned items must be well-packaged to prevent damage during return shipment. Gillian Neal is not responsible for damage during return shipment. 
  2. Please ship the item(s) back to the return address provided. Gillian Neal is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a postal service that includes a tracking number so you can verify the package has arrived. Gillian Neal is not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment. 
  3. Once the returned items have arrived at Gillian Neal, the items will be inspected to verify they are still in sale-able condition, at which time the refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.
